Social media and networking makes you realize how cooler other people’s lives are compared to yours. They seem to be living more where I am stuck inside the hospital dying slowly to make people live. The fuckin irony of things.
Time For Some Change
Ive gained so much fat my pants dont fit anymore. I can only blame the amount of cooking ive been doing for my “personal growth”, however, i cant gather the strength to say that i wont eat anymore which is why ill be changing what i will be cooking from now on. Save the good and fatty stuff for the special-flat-tummy days.

Its been a while since I studied my ass off for something academic. Yesterday I got decked 2 patients that had diagnoses that contained the following topics:
1. Hypertension
