Labor of Love
To celebrate another 12th day of the month. I cooked steak and mushroom risotto.
It was my first time to cook risotto and the result was fair enough. It was quite tasty but the texture could have been better. It takes a lot of effort and patience to make risotto but its really worth it.
Savory, sticky, buttery, heavy with the earthiness of the mushrooms. Pwede.
